Having launched the project with our spring programme, we’re taking a summer break and there are no public events in July.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for events in the programme so far, and thank you to our guests: Ellen Mara De Wachter, who introduced a screening of films by Robert Smithson and Nancy Holt in March; Rie Nakajima who joined Keiko to present a performance by O YAMA O in April; Fran Edgerley, who spoke about her experience as co-founder of Assemble in May; and to Sini Pelkki, who installed her films and photographs in the studios in June.

Recordings of O YAMA O and Fran Edgerley’s talk are published on our LINKS page, with more information about the guests we’ve welcomed and the work we’ve presented.

We’re now planning for an autumn programme that will be announced soon… 

OPEN STUDIOS | DATE FOR THE DIARY

For most of August we’ll share our studios with musicians rehearsing for Dartington International Summer School – music to make art to!

At the end of the month, our open studio event on Saturday 31 August will present some of our own work and share news of the upcoming autumn programme. Throughout the day there will also be short readings, performances and presentations from locally-based artists, writers and performers we’ve been in conversation with this year.
